Mushroom Chicken Awesomeness
1 can cream of mushroom
2 chicken breasts cooked, chopped
4 servings cooked rice
1 can corn (or equivalent frozen)
lemon pepper
Combine all. Lemon pepper to taste.
If using frozen corn, consider adding on top of rice at the end of cooking to knock the edge off of it... no real reason to cook it completely.
This recipe inspired by Mrs. Glass in the dorms back at IU when I came to visit once....

Cocoa Pebble Squares
A family recipe...
2/3 C. white Karo syrup
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Peanut Butter
5 C. Cocoa Pebbles
Bring syrup and brown sugar JUST to a boil, stirring constantly. Do not use high heat. Take pot off stove immediately and stir in the peanut butter thoroughly, then stir in the cereal. Spread in a 9x13 or 9x9 lined with waxed paper. Press down. Cut when cool.
You'll definitely want to prep your ingredients ahead since you're working with heated sugar!
You'll never go back to Rice Krispie Treats again!
